I recently finished Lingodeer’s first Japanese section that is equivalent to N5, it was great, and free because I was an OG user, so I was debating paying for level 2 but was hesitant since from what I can find, it really stops teaching around N4/N3 and switches to practice, which isn’t bad but I don’t find their lifetime cost worth that. The best part about Satori Reader is that everything has audio narration available and a built in dictionary.īit late but commenting in case it helps someone else. It is for more advanced learners and contains a growing number of graded stories. Satori Reader is an amazing reading app by the makers of Human Japanese. It uses romaji, but it's a fun one so don't miss it. It's a fantastic, albeit incomplete, introductory grammar course. Human Japanese is a fantastic little app you can buy on the Google Play store. So I learn grammar from my textbook then review by drilling with Bunpro. though textbooks like Genki are better at teaching the stuff. Anki is free.īunpro is great for drilling grammar points. Then there are a number of premade Anki decks (digital flashcards) which you can use to learn from as well. (Remembering the Kanji by James Heisig is a book series and it's also proven. It's a paid service and it's the one I use.
